According to Abhishek, the Indian PM is expected to be in Davos only for a day, but will meet the top officials of about 60 companies, including Airbus, Hitachi, IBM, BAE Systems and the Carlyle Group.
PM Modi will hold an inaugural keynote address and the business community there is looking forward to it.
The CEO delegation, led by top industry body CII, will include Mukesh Ambani, Gautam Adani, Azim Premji, Rahul Bajaj, N Chandrasekaran, Chanda Kochhar, Uday Kotak and Ajay Singh, among others.
A No 10 spokesman said: "The Prime Minister will have a bilateral meeting with President Trump in the margins of the World Economic Forum at Davos in Switzerland next week". Mr Gokhale said the focus will be on the Prime Minister's vision about India's economy at the domestic as well as global level.
