Gronkowski at Patriots practice after concussion protocol

Offensive lineman LaAdrian Waddle and running back Mike Gillislee missed part of practice for the third day in a row.

"While he is present at the start of practice, Rob Gronkowski is still in the concussion protocol, per the club". Luckily for the Patriots, Super Bowl LII is scheduled for February 4 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

There was good news coming from Patriots practice Saturday afternoon.

The Philadelphia Eagles, who will be departing for Super Bowl LII on Sunday, are expecting Gronkowski to play.

"It's always great to have him out there".

However, his presence means a whole heckuva lot for New England. The injury didn't seem to be an issue for the five-time Super Bowl champion in the AFC championship game and he wasn't listed on Friday's injury report. Bennett signed with Green Bay in the offseason, before being released by the Packers in November.

That includes not talking about a new series that debuted on Facebook recently and provides viewers a rare glimpse at his life off the field. "It was a tough call, but you have to go with what they call".

Gronkowski continues to be evaluated under the NFL's concussion protocol, but the team is optimistic that he'll play in the big game.
