The daughter of Black Lives Matter icon Eric Garner died Saturday after a week-long hospital stay following a heart attack. A CT scan showed that Garner, who was being treated at a hospital in Brooklyn, suffered "major brain damage from a lack of oxygen while in cardiac arrest".
