Going by the name of World of Warcraft: Classic, this server will not have any of the new races, classes, or regions from the expansions. In addition to the just-announced expansion, Blizzard has made a decision to give in to players who've hated all the expansions to date and would rather play the original game, sans pandas and Lich Kings.
During the World of Warcraft "What's Next" panel at BlizzCon, game director Ion Hazzikostas announced that level scaling-which was introduced as part of Legion and changes the stats/difficulty of enemies in zones based on your current level-will soon be expanded across the entire game.
Explore Two Fabled Kingdoms: As a champion of the Horde, travel to the Zandalar empire to persuade the trolls to lend their naval might.
This new expansion takes place on a pair of new continents called Kul Tiras and Zandalar. As a defender of the Alliance, venture to the seafaring kingdom of Kul Tiras, home of Jaina Proudmoore, and rally its inhabitants to fight for your cause. It features new dungeons and raids, and allows players to progress up to level 120. Then comes the new "Allied Races" with unique abilities, such as Highmountain tauren and Void elves, which can be unlocked by gaining reputation with their respective factions. Battle in groups of three as you race against cunning rival intruders-or enemy players-to collect each island's resources and fuel the war effort. Players will here fight on the battlefield in 20-player co-op matches, capturing resources and claiming objectives against the enemy's commander, in a PvE mode said to be inspired by classic Warcraft RTS battles. The level of detailing and the expansiveness of this display was a fantastic treat for those long-time World of Warcraft \/em fans. Imbue the Heart of Azeroth-a legendary neck piece entrusted to each hero by Magni Bronzebeard-with Azerite to customize your armor with new powers and traits. If you're wondering when you can jump back into the fray for yourself, you'll have to wait a bit longer, Blizzard has yet to announced a final release date.
